Heléne Meyer
CONVEYANCER
Helene Meyer obtained her B.Com Law degree at Stellenbosch University in December 1997 whereafter she worked at an established Law Firm in Pretoria. Thereafter she spend time working and travelling in Europe and the United Kingdom whilst studying for her LLB through UNISA.
She obtained her LLB degree in April 2024 while working at a well-known Attorney Firm in Stellenbosch where she obtained vast experience in property developments as well as the managing of an Attorney Firm. Helene qualified as an Attorney and Conveyancer in December 2024, and was admitted as a Notary Public in March 2007. She was then appointed as a Senior Associate at another well-known Firm in Stellenbosch where she worked for 14 years. In 2021 Helene started her own Firm, Helene Meyer Attorneys Inc, with offices in Stellenbosch.
Helene Meyer is well known in the property industry in Stellenbosch, with a reputation for delivery of friendly, efficient and professional customer service, and adding value outside of her normal obligations to any transaction.
Although Helene Meyer Attorneys Inc are based in Stellenbosch, the Firms broad range of clients include local and international individuals and businesses. Travelling to clients are not an obstacle and the Firms services includes consulting with clients at their offices, homes or where convenient for them.

- Registration of antenuptial contracts;

- Attendance on obtaining an Apostille or Notarial Authentication Certificate from the High Court
- Registration of notarial bonds;
- We attend to the registration of various notarial agreements in the Deeds Office, like servitudes of right of way, habitatio or usufruct.
